
Date and Tamarind chutney

Ingredients
250 gms Falcon Zahdi Seedless Dates 2 cups Water ½ tsp (each) Salt and chilli powder 1 walnut sized ball Tamarind ¼ cup Jaggery
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients together in a pressure cooker and allow it to cook for 2-3 whistles. Cool.
- Remove and transfer mixture to a liquidizer jar and blend until smooth and put through a sieve.
- If you find the chutney a little thin, boil for 5-10 minutes until thick.
- Adjust the seasoning.
- Store in airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Use as required.
