Chenna Stuffed dates

14 pieces Falcon Safawi Dates 100 gms Chenna (cottage cheese) 1-2 tbsp Icing sugar 2 tbsp Whipped cream 14 pieces Toasted whole almonds 2-3 tbsp Toasted walnut pieces
- Slit the dates from the center vertically & deseed the Dates.
- In a small bowl mix together crumbled cottage cheese, and icing sugar. Mix well.
- Fold in whipped cream.
- Fill this mixture in a piping bag and pipe into slited dates till little of the mixture oozes out.
- Press 2 pieces of almonds or 2-3 pieces of broken walnuts and chill for 30 minutes.
